Spark Business Consulting is hiring a part-time Sales Representative to help us grow - quickly and intentionally.


This role is for someone who is confident, connected, and business-savvy, and who wants to be part of building something meaningful with a strong, all-women team that shows up and delivers.


Who We Are

Spark Business Consulting is a Master Certified Profit First Professional Bookkeeping and Accounting firm helping business owners take control of their finances, increase profitability, and build businesses they actually enjoy running.

The Role

You are the growth engine.

Your job:

  • Get in the room
  • Start the conversation
  • Understand the problem
  • Close the deal

You’ll own the full sales cycle - from networking and prospecting to closing and handoff.

This is a part-time role with a lower base and strong commission, designed for someone who wants flexibility but is driven by results and income potential.


What You’ll Do

  • Actively network in the local business community (events, referrals, partnerships)
  • Build relationships with business owners across multiple industries
  • Run discovery conversations that uncover real financial and operational pain points
  • Present our services in a clear, confident, no-fluff way
  • Close new business and consistently move deals forward
  • Maintain strong follow-up and pipeline discipline
  • Represent Spark with professionalism, energy, and confidence

Requirements

  • Proven ability to generate and close business (B2B or relationship-based sales preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Comfortable engaging with a wide range of industries
  • Based locally and willing to be active in the community


Compensation

  • Part-time base pay
  • High commission on first-year revenue
  • Significant upside for the right person
