Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Representative based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting and engaging potential clients, understanding their health insurance needs, and recommending tailored solutions. Daily tasks include scheduling and conducting consultations, explaining insurance policies and benefits, managing client accounts, and achieving sales targets. You will collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service and build lasting client relationships.

  • Proven experience in sales, client prospecting, and customer engagement
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate health insurance solutions
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of the health insurance industry or related experience is preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer applications
