Sales Representative (Entry Level)

Compensation: Hourly Base Pay + Uncapped Commission Opportunities

Schedule: Weekdays, Weekends, and Holidays as scheduled

We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Representative to join our AT&T authorized retail team in Gold River. In this role, you’ll help customers find the right wireless, entertainment, and technology solutions—while earning competitive pay through hourly wages and performance-based commissions.

• Greet customers, assess their needs, and recommend AT&T products and services
• Maintain knowledge of the latest devices, plans, promotions, and technology
• Deliver excellent in-store customer experiences from start to finish
• Meet or exceed individual and store sales goals
• Process transactions, device activations, and account updates
• Keep the store clean, organized, and aligned with retail standards
• Participate in ongoing training and development

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Comfortable learning new technology
• Goal-driven mindset with the ability to meet sales targets
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Previous retail or sales experience is a plus, but not required
