Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for Entry Level Sales Representatives in Cherry Hill, NJ and surrounding areas. Sales Representatives are responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and handling customer acquisition. This role will also include identifying new business opportunities, collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs, and preparing reports on account status and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor & train a team of sales reps
• Build and deliver training to boost performance
• Coach teams to consistently hit sales goals
• Align strategies with company objectives
• Run team meetings & 1:1s to track progress
• Identify gaps and implement improvement plans
