Authentico Foods is a leading Chicago-based manufacturer of authentic Mexican CPG products, proudly bringing brands like El Ranchero™, El Ranchava®, and La Guadalupana to grocery shelves across the country. We’re looking for a driven, results-oriented Sales Representative to help expand our presence across independent grocery retailers.

Role Description

  • Own and grow your sales territory by developing new accounts and expanding existing relationships
  • Build strong partnerships with grocery retailers, wholesalers, and distributors
  • Increase product distribution, shelf presence, and overall market share
  • Identify new opportunities for placement, promotions, and product expansion
  • Execute structured sales calls and manage efficient weekly routing plans
  • Ensure strong in-store execution through merchandising, pricing, and promotions
  • Submit accurate orders and maintain organized sales records
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing insights
  • Collaborate with internal teams on marketing and promotional initiatives
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues quickly and professionally


Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of sales experience (CPG or food & beverage preferred)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
  • Experience with retail, distribution, or foodservice accounts is a plus
  • Self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Willingness to travel locally (~75% of the time, mileage reimbursed)
