Member Services Sales Representative


Pay: $43,000.00k-$50,000k Base Salary, OT + Commissions, OTE: $80,000k-$100,000k


Job Summary: We are looking for a service-driven professional to support our members, physicians, and internal teams. You'll handle inbound/outbound calls, process member requests, resolve issues, and deliver an exceptional experience across phone, email, and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Through outbound call campaigns, sells patients on the benefits of a membership in an affiliated physician practice. Discusses the components of the program to discover which program components may appeal to the prospective patient to demonstrate the value of the program.
  • Handles inbound call activity and accurately documents Salesforce (CRM system) with the outcome of all inbound and outbound interactions.
  • Performs general research and problem resolution. Escalates patient issues and concerns to management, as necessary.

  • Demonstrates thorough knowledge of our policies, procedures, and offerings to ensure accurate, consistent communication with both internal stakeholders and external customers. • Maintains a professional, positive, and service-oriented approach when handling all telephone, written, or digital inquiries.
  • Manages communication effectively with affiliated physicians and their staff in relation to membership-related activities.
  • Proven success in outbound calling campaigns, with the ability to meet and exceed performance metrics (e.g., conversion rate, talk time, quality scores).
  • Displays professional telephone etiquette and ability to use advanced phone systems. While not required, foreign language fluency may be considered a plus
