What You’ll Do:

• Greet customers, build rapport, and guide them through the motorcycle buying process 
• Present and demonstrate new and preâ€'owned Harleyâ€'Davidson models 
• Follow up with leads, maintain communication, and manage your sales pipeline 
• Learn and communicate product features, benefits, and customization options 
• Work closely with Finance, Parts, and Service to deliver a seamless customer experience 
• Participate in dealership events, demo days, and community activities 
• Maintain a clean, organized showroom and professional appearance 

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous sales experience preferred (automotive, powersports, retail,
  or hospitality) 
• Strong communication and relationshipâ€'building skills 
• Selfâ€'motivated, goalâ€'oriented, and comfortable in a fastâ€'paced environment 
• Ability to learn product knowledge quickly and confidently 
• Positive attitude and teamâ€'focused mindset 
• Motorcycle experience or interest is a plus (we’ll train the right person) 
• Valid driver’s license required; motorcycle endorsement preferred or willingness to obtain it
