Expect a dynamic, idea-rich environment with real opportunities to grow and genuine support in learning new skills.The PositionThe Sales & Marketing Production Intern (MPI) role requires a well-organized, quick-thinking doer. This position is a 50/50 split between supporting our Marketing Account Management department and our Business Development (Sales) team. We are looking for a college or university student or recent graduate who is hungry to learn and excited to work with autonomy in a high-trust environment.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Production (50%)Campaign Support: Assist with marketing campaign implementation and management.Content Integration: Handle blog posting, Google Business Profile posting, content transfer, and image curation.Digital Tasks: Support SEO-related tasks and social media posting/advertising.Quality Assurance: Collaborate with account managers on proofreading and editing.Business Development / Sales (50%)Lead Qualification: Qualify and track inbound leads while conducting research on potential opportunities.Data Management: Research and maintain records of potential leads and clients using Hubspot CRM. Administrative Support: Assist the sales team with reporting, presentations, and scheduling.AI & InnovationAI Integration: Actively embrace and utilize Large Language Models (LLMs) to enhance productivity in content drafting, data analysis, and research. Embrace of AI-Human-AI loop, utilizing LLMs and AI technologies as tools, not a strategic shortcut.Tech Savvy: Demonstrate a willingness to learn and experiment with emerging AI tools to assist in assigned tasks.RequirementsEducational Focus: An educational focus on marketing, communications, advertising, or a real-world equivalent.Communication: Superb interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly with co-workers and clients.Organization: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when prioritizing multiple tasks. Strong personal accountability and aptitude for quality control when completing tasks. Analytical Thinking: A data-focused, analytical thinker with a sharp focus on goals.Tech Skills: Proficiency with Zoom, Google Workspace, Hubspot, Slack, and/or Asana is a plus.Personal Attributes: Verve, energy, enthusiasm, and curiosity.
