Chapman Las Vegas Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram is hiring a Sales Lot Porter to join our team! We’re looking for a reliable, motivated individual who takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing dealership lot while supporting our sales team.
In this role, you will help create positive first impressions for customers by ensuring vehicles are well-presented and ready for display and test drives. This is an entry-level opportunity with strong potential for career growth within the dealership for individuals eager to learn and contribute.
Full-time position | Starting at $15/hour
What You’ll Do
• Park and arrange vehicles according to dealership display standards
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicle interiors and exteriors
• Prepare vehicles for test drives by fueling, checking fluids, and replacing batteries as needed
• Keep the sales lot and customer parking areas clean and free of debris
• Track and manage vehicle keys to ensure proper storage and accountability
• Install key tags, buyer guides, and stock tags in vehicles
• Assist sales and service departments with various tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For
• Previous lot porter or similar experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong teamwork, organization, and attention to detail
• Ability to follow directions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet for extended periods
• Experience driving manual transmission vehicles is a plus
• Valid Nevada driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
Schedule & Work Environment
• Monday–Saturday, between 8am–9pm (shifts vary based on business needs)
• 5-day workweek with Sundays and one weekday off
• Outdoor work environment, spending most of the shift on the sales lot moving vehicles
