Sales Executive

We are looking for a Strategic Account Executive to drive growth within our Large Enterprise segment. This role focuses on net-new business development while expanding and managing a portfolio of key strategic accounts.


What You’ll Do:

  • Drive new business and exceed revenue targets within enterprise accounts
  • Sell fiber-based network and custom technology solutions
  • Manage and grow a base of high-value strategic customers
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline (5x quota) using Salesforce
  • Develop account strategies and plans aligned with regional goals
  • Engage with stakeholders up to C-level and lead complex deal cycles
  • Partner with internal teams to position solutions and close business

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience (tech/telecom preferred)
  • Proven track record of hitting/exceeding quota + net-new growth
  • Strong consultative/solution selling skills
  • Experience negotiating deals and closing complex sales
  • Comfortable working with enterprise clients
  • Willingness to travel as needed

Compensation:

$80,000 - 100,000 base salary + commission structure.


Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.


Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
