Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Katy, TX, with opportunities to work from home. As a Sales Executive – RCM Services, you will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market analysis, preparing customized sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the latest industry trends and offerings. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by promoting our specialized RCM solutions to prospective clients in the healthcare industry.


Skills

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly within medical or pharmaceutical sales environments.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing complex deals.
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to clearly articulate product benefits and technical details.
  • Demonstrated ability in account management, fostering long-term client relationships.
  • Proficiency in delivering compelling product demos and presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and Word.
  • Analytical skills to assess client needs, market trends, and competitive positioning for strategic sales planning.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and influence decision-makers in outside sales settings.
  • Deep understanding of revenue cycle management processes within healthcare organizations.
  • Organizational skills to manage multiple accounts efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
