The Sales Enablement Specialist plays a critical role in supporting NOV’s sales organization by aligning training, content, and operational resources to improve overall sales effectiveness. This position is responsible for managing sales enablement tools, developing and organizing content, and supporting initiatives that empower sales teams to deliver a consistent and customer-focused experience. In this role, the specialist will maintain and optimize sales content within platforms such as Highspot, ensuring materials including playbooks, presentations, and digital assets are current, accessible, and impactful. The position also supports the development and delivery of training programs through the LMS, contributes to onboarding efforts, and assists with lead generation strategies to help drive pipeline growth.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain and organize sales content through Highspot, ensuring assets such as playbooks, brochures, videos, and presentations are current and easily accessible.
• Build and manage custom digital rooms and curated content collections to enhance customer engagement.
• Develop and manage training content through the LMS platform focused on product knowledge, selling techniques, and digital tools.
• Assist with onboarding programs for new hires and partners.
• Support lead generation strategy and execution by partnering with sales teams to drive pipeline growth through.
• Help with presentation materials, including the creation and formatting of PowerPoints to ensure consistency and quality.
• Conduct research and assist in the implementation of strategies to optimize Fiber Glass Systems for AI-driven tools and processes.
• Provide support for major events and tradeshows.
• Support additional responsibilities as assigned by the Sales Enablement Manager to support sales and business objectives.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in sales enablement or sales operations within a B2B environment.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Highspot, and Learning Management Systems.
• Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other lead generation platforms preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across sales and operational teams.

• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) for training development and reporting.
• Ability to analyze data to measure the effectiveness of sales enablement initiatives.
