We're looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to join our pioneer Austin team and help healthcare providers, clinic owners, operators, and business leaders identify growth opportunities and access HCPA's consulting solutions.


This is a consultative sales role focused on converting warm inbound demand into long-term client partnerships.

What You'll Do


  • Own the full sales cycle from qualified inbound lead through to close
  • Conduct discovery conversations with healthcare providers, clinic owners, agency operators, and business decision-makers
  • Understand client goals, operational challenges, compliance requirements, and growth opportunities
  • Present tailored consulting solutions aligned with client needs
  • Build trusted relationships with healthcare business owners and stakeholders
  • Manage and forecast pipeline activity through CRM
  • Achieve revenue, conversion, and performance targets
  • Handle objections and guide clients through the decision-making process
  • Partner closely with delivery teams to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Represent HCPA's consulting services professionally within the US market


What We're Looking For

Required


  • 3+ years of consultative sales, business development, account management, or solution-selling experience
  • Proven experience managing a sales pipeline from discovery through close
  • Strong ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and objection-handling skills
  • Experience working within healthcare, regulated industries, or professional services environments
  • Comfortable conducting discovery calls and presenting value-based solutions
