Genesis Systems, Inc. is looking for a career-minded Sales and Customer Care Professional to assist with the expansion of an initiative dealing with counties, hospitals and other professional organizations. Our group of companies includes a CPA firm, IT Company, Hosting Company, Property Management Company, Order Processing Departments and other related entities.

Individuals should possess the following skills/qualifications:
  • Positive outgoing attitude with a competitive drive
  • The ability to communicate clearly and effectively both written and orally
  • Ability to utilize PowerPoint™ and other presentation software to aid in communicating a clear message to customers
  • Ability to provide demonstrations of products and/or new functionality to both new and experienced users
  • The ability to interface with a wide and varied professional customer base
  • Be a self-motivated individual with the ability to work effectively and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Have the ability to learn and understand a basic level of IT
  • Ability to identify opportunities that may not be the original intent of the interaction
  • Aggressively identify and pursue sales leads either in person or via phone, video conferencing, etc.
  • Has excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Is detail-oriented
  • Has excellent computer skills and is familiar with Excel and IT applications and systems
  • A passion for excellence and achievement
  • An aggressive desire to succeed and be rewarded commensurate with effort put forth
  • Work in collegial environment
  • Valid driver's license in good standing
  • An Associate's degree is required and a Bachelor's degree is preferred, in Communications, Business, MIS, Marketing, or similar concentration
  • Previous sales experience a plus

The individual will be responsible for:
  • Interfacing with current and future customers
  • Assist customers during implementation of product offerings
  • Develop a full and complete understanding of our IT products
  • Understand and promote all sister company products
  • Interface with individuals as well as groups
  • Preparing and presenting PowerPoint Presentations
  • Reviewing Requests for Proposals
  • Assist with responding to Requests for Proposals
  • Attend conferences/trade shows
  • Monitor competitor activities and design competitive strategic plans
  • Assist with entity administrative functions as assigned by management
  • Interfacing with executive management and in-house counsel to develop comprehensive corporate goals
