 Responsibilities - Sales Consultant:

• Help customers purchase a vehicle
• Greet customers and identify the vehicle that meets their needs
• Explain features and demonstrate vehicle operation on test drives
• Lead customers through proven selling steps that close deals
• Present pricing, explain financing options, and complete paperwork
• Follow up with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
• Ensure every customer has a premium buying experience
• Prospect for new customers

Qualifications - Sales Consultant:

• Previous successful Automotive Sales Experience is a plus, but Sales experience in any industry will be considered
• People who thrive here often come from: Retail Sales, Restaurant / Hospitality, Cell Phone / Electronics Sales, Real Estate, Military backgrounds, Customer Service Roles, and Recent College Graduates
• Professional appearance and good communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Strong record of positive customer service results with customer focused attitude
• Integrity, a Positive Attitude and a Strong Work Ethic Required
• Willing to Learn
• Proven track record of Customer Service
• Be a Team Player
