Role Description
The Sales Associate at Sweet Apparel Inc. will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring an outstanding customer experience and building strong relationships. Responsibilities include assisting customers in their purchasing decisions, managing inventory, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and handling transactions. The Sales Associate will also collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and stay informed about current fashion trends. This is a full-time, on-site role located in New York, NY.
- Partner with buyers to build and optimize assortments that drive sales growth. Building meaningful relationships through strong interpersonal skills.
- Collaborate with design, production, sourcing, and tech teams to ensure achieve sales and product quality goals.
- Track purchase orders and deliveries to ensure on-time execution and inventory flow.
- Ensure product quality, costing, and timeline expectations are met throughout the development process.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced retail environment. Resolves buyer and internal team needs quickly and efficiently, ensuring team satisfaction.
