Job Description
We are currently seeking a Sales Assistant – Walmart & Target. This role will provide administrative support, information and reports to sales executive and/or sales team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Pulls weekly best-sellers in advance of meetings
- Manage Item Setups
- Liaison on daily tasks involving Sales, Customer Service, Production and Design teams
- Purchase order management – Write , process, log, update and track customer purchase orders from receipt to shipment
- Generate, manage, update, maintain and distribute reports - Weekly style selling, daily sales, inventory ,open to sell, customer order logs
- Demonstrate initiative by reviewing reports, highlight findings and propose reorders
- Maintain organization of system files- Line sheets, cads, costing, financial, time and action
- Meeting preparation – Create agenda, schedule appointments, reserve meeting space , sample organization, meeting recap
- Helps with showroom samples/model looks, etc. to provide support during market
- Supports AE on accounts as needed
- Compiles and communicates with accounts on sample requests
- Inputs all info requests into Monday to order samples (collaborate with production/design/tech as needed)
- Creates recaps to manage and track requests
- Follows up with design and production to ensure all samples are received on a timely basis, correct sizing, etc.

- Associates or Bachelor’s degree
- 1-3 years wholesale experience, with exposure to Walmart and Target systems (Retail Link, item setup, PCN, LaunchPad, IMN, etc) a major plus
- Degree in business or merchandising a plus
- Familiarity with Sales Department in a Toys & Collectibles Environment
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and function independently, ability to take initiative
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience with Retail Link, Partners Online, and/or AMT a strong plus
Salary Range - $50K - $65K
