We are in need of a Sales and Replenishment Analyst to support and assist our team in Bentonville, AR.  


Responsibilities:

  • Primary focus on driving sales and profits through replenishment approaches, industry knowledge and technical expertise to ensure store level inventories are in line with the Customer’s objectives.
  • Provide weekly reporting and recaps on instocks, fill rates, OTIF, and heal dates for recovery to Walmart and Internal Teams.
  • Manage weekly order management process using NOVA to pull PO detail and approve and release orders internally.
  • Execute Walmart's weekly replenishment PO Line Cancel process through NOVA.
  • Provide weekly order recommendation analysis for ecommerce to manage WOS, support sales/instock, and write flow orders for non-replenishable items.
  • Manage pre-season and in-season replenishment activities and not limited to item setup validation, item maintenance submissions, providing item forecasts, reviewing profiles for seasonality, making recommendations to forecasts and safety stock, creating new modular orders, PO tracking, manual order recommendations to support sales/instock/build for peak season, and end of season life cycle management.
  • Initiate regular touch base with Walmart Replenishment Manager to collaborate on strategies for pre-season and in-season replenishment
  • Collaborate in monthly planning process to ensure cohesive replenishment and ladder plans with sales and planning partners.
  • Partner with Logistics and Distribution teams to improve key supply chain metrics related to OTIF, along with weekly alignment on shipping, inbound receiving,
  • Utilizing high-level analytical ability and creativity to analyze complex/new situations
  • Anticipating potential problems and future trends, assesses opportunities, impacts, and risks while developing and implementing plans and solution deliverables to customer problems.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years' experience in order management, replenishment, supply chain, or logistics on Walmart or Sam's Club account
  • Working knowledge of Walmart's Retail Link and other Walmart systems
  • Advanced Excel skills, including V-lookups, pivot tables, and advanced formulas/functions.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
