The ideal candidate will possess:
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
At least one (1) year of administrative experience is desired
Previous experience in hotel sales or marketing
Experience with Delphi is a plus
Key Details:
Assist with special events, site inspections, and on‑property photo shoots
Greet hotel guests, provide directions, and answer general guest inquiries
Answer incoming phone calls, gather critical information, and route to appropriate managers
Respond to inquiries received via email and referrals
Enter and manage leads, inquiries, and client information in the Delphi system
Partner with the Finance Department and Director to track commission and revenue details
Update marketing photos and property information on third‑party websites and platforms
Ensure site rooms are prepared daily for inspections and events
Collaborate closely with Housekeeping and Front Office teams to coordinate site rooms
Manage master room keys for site rooms and maintain appropriate access controls
Shift Pattern: DAY 8:00am - 5:00pm* (*weekend availability needed during special events with ample notice)
Pay Rate: The hourly rate for this role is $23.75 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

What will I be doing?
Provide administrative support to the directors of sales and marketing including word- processing, typing, e-mailing, filing, data-entry, faxing, copying, corresponding, answering telephones, processing mail, taking notes and/or dictation, making travel arrangements and performing other general office duties.
Maintain accurate records and documentation to support sales activities.
Assists on special projects as needed.
