Role Description
The Sales & Education Coordinator is responsible for organizing, delivering, and supporting product education initiatives across internal teams, dealer partners, and industry professionals. This role is execution-driven and highly collaborative, ensuring consistent product knowledge, training excellence, and sales operations support across the organization. This position plays a key role in supporting product consultations, CEU presentations, dealer education, and internal enablement while assisting with sales operations and program coordination. The ideal candidate is confident presenting to groups, detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow within a dynamic and evolving wellness-focused organization.
Key Responsibilities
Training & Education Execution
• Coordinate and deliver internal and external product training sessions (virtual and in-person).
• Support CEU presentations and client consultations with preparation, logistics and follow-up.
• Maintain training calendar and educational content for new product launches.
• Assist in nationwide dealer training coordination.
• Support development and upkeep of training materials and digital learning resources.
Sales Operations Support
• Assist with CRM data accuracy and sales portal maintenance.
• Support sales contests, dealer programs, promotions and trade engagement initiatives.
• Track training participation, engagement metrics, and lead generation results.
• Coordinate collateral distribution and merchandising materials.
• Maintain and orchestrate sales operational tasks.
Industry Engagement & Brand Support
• Participate in trade events and industry organizations (NKBA, ASID, etc.) as needed.
• Support relationship-building initiatives with architects, designers, and key market influencers.
• Assist with market feedback collection and reporting.
Administrative & Cross-Functional Coordination
• Coordinate projects between sales, marketing and technical teams.
• Maintain educational content across internal systems and company platforms.
• Support event logistics for conferences and industry training sessions.
Qualifications
• 2–4 years of experience in training coordination, sales support, or related field.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.
• Comfortable presenting to small, mid-sized and large groups.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital presentation tools preferred.
• Interest in wellness, architecture/design industry a plus.
• Willingness to travel 10–15%.
