Role Description

We’re looking for a motivated Sales Account Specialist to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA. This full-time, on-site position is ideal for someone eager to build a strong foundation in sales while making a direct impact in their career as well as company growth.

In this role, you will:

• Engage with new and existing customers through face-to-face interactions
• Help solve customers' problems with technology, cellular, and mobility
• Build and manage meaningful customer relationships
• Prospect for new business opportunities
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies
• Handle new account setup and onboarding
• Consistently meet and exceed sales targets

Qualifications

• Strong interest and proficiency in sales and customer experience
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience providing training or support to others (a strong plus)
• Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or retail is preferred
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
