Responsibilities

  • 10+ years’ experience in SailPoint IIQ architecture, design, and implementation
  • Minimum 6+ years’ experience leading large-scale (100k+ users, 1000+ Applications) greenfield SailPoint IIQ implementations, including HRMS integrations, JML, Birthright access, custom connector development, Application onboarding, Recertifications, Roles, SOD implementation, and IIQ customizations for workflow, rules, and reports as per best practices
  • In-depth IGA domain knowledge of Identity Governance, Joint-Mover-Leaver, Recertification, and RBAC processes
  • In-depth understanding of SailPoint IIQ components, services, and dependencies
  • Must have experience integrating SailPoint IIQ with Enterprise apps and platforms like WorkDay, AD, Entra ID, Oracle ERP, Oracle Apps, Mainframe, SAP, databases technologies like Oracle, MS SQL, DB2, MongoDB, etc.
  • Experience in planning, designing, developing, and implementing custom Java connectors, custom workflows, custom rules, custom Java code, and other custom software to meet client requirements
  • Strong experience with integrating SailPoint IIQ with custom database technologies and strong knowledge of databases and SQL language
  • Strong experience with integrating SailPoint IIQ with Mainframe technology, legacy mid-range technology, and enterprise Linux/Unix technologies for the banking domain
  • Must have experience architecting integrations from external systems to SailPoint IIQ, leveraging existing SailPoint IIQ Java/J2EE APIs, SailPoint IIQ REST APIs, developing new SailPoint REST API endpoints, and using SQL queries on databases to extract data and invoke activities programmatically from SailPoint custom connectors
  • In-depth knowledge and strong full-stack and Java, J2EE development knowledge working with SailPoint IIQ APIs, SDKs, Directories, Databases, SQL, Linux/Unix, and Unix/PowerShell/Python Scripting
  • Ability to guide the engineering and development team for integration with SailPoint IIQ APIs and the database model
  • Must have experience architecting and setting up SailPoint IIQ servers and components in High Availability and DR setup on Windows, Linux, and Unix to avoid a single point of failure as per best practices
  • Must have experience with greenfield implementation of RBAC with SailPoint IIQ, including role mining, birthright access, birthright roles, technical roles, business/job roles, and interacting and guiding customer business and technical teams for it
  • Must have experience with ServiceNow ITSM and SailPoint IIQ integrations with ServiceNow catalog, ServiceDesk, and governance connectors
  • Should be methodical with attention to details
  • Skilled in coordinating and communicating with other teams to manage dependencies on other teams and stakeholders
  • Skilled in anticipating problems and roadblocks and effectively communicating and managing them
  • Excellent communication skills with team leadership ability
  • Excellent client-facing and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under fixed SLAs and timelines.
