Travel: Approximately 50% travel across the United States
Salary: $95,000 – $110,000 base salary (flexibility for exceptional candidates)
We are supporting an innovative and rapidly expanding technology-driven organization seeking a Safety Manager to lead and elevate safety performance across multiple operational locations throughout the United States.
This is a highly visible, hands-on role responsible for driving safety culture, ensuring regulatory compliance, developing safety programs, and partnering with operational leadership to support continued business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve safety programs, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and applicable federal, state, and local safety requirements.
- Conduct audits, inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations.
- Track, analyse, and report safety KPIs, using data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead corrective action programs and ensure effective follow-up and closure.
- Deliver safety training and coaching across multiple operational locations.
- Partner closely with leadership, field operations teams, contractors, and external stakeholders.
- Support safety planning and compliance across a growing multi-site environment.
- Serve as the primary safety subject matter expert across the business.
Ideal Background
- Proven experience in Safety, EHS, HSE, or Occupational Health & Safety leadership roles.
- Experience managing safety across multiple locations or operational sites.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety management systems.
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing safety programs.
- Experience conducting incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on in the field.
- Comfortable with regular travel and working in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.
