Join our team as a Safety Logistics Telematics Specialist, where you’ll play a critical role in improving driver safety, reducing incidents, and supporting a culture of accountability across our fleet.

Pay Rate:

• $20-$23/hour, based on experience

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday
• In-Person office position based out of Jasper, IN

What You’ll Do:

• Review dash cam footage, telematics data, and safety alerts
• Identify unsafe driving behaviors and fleet trends
• Document and classify safety events with accuracy
• Provide actionable coaching insights to leadership
• Escalate serious incidents and support safety initiatives
• Partner with operations to continuously improve performance

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Ability to interpret data and make sound decisions
• Excellent communication and coaching skills
• Experience with telematics, fleet safety, or incident review (preferred)
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards is a plus
