Job Title: Construction Site Safety Coordinator
Job SummaryWe are seeking a proactive and experienced Construction Site Safety Coordinator to support safety operations across active construction job sites. This role is responsible for conducting site safety orientations, new hire training, routine safety inspections, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and company safety standards. The ideal candidate is hands-on, confident working in fast-paced construction environments, and bilingual in English and Spanish to effectively communicate safety expectations to a diverse workforce.

Work Environment
The role is based in a manufacturing facility with shifts from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
Hourly pay is flexible up to $28/hr.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fontana, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
