About the Role
Evergreen’s RPO service is a new and growing offering, and the organization is seeking an RPO Team Lead to help drive its success through strong people’s leadership, scalable execution, and intentional business development. This role offers the opportunity to step into a highly visible leadership position and shape how Evergreen’s RPO solution grows, operates, and is delivered in the market. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial, startup style environment and is motivated by independently building and leading teams. Success in this role will include building and leading a highly performing recruiting team aligned to Evergreen’s standards, creating scalable processes that enable growth without sacrificing quality, and expanding existing client relationships while also contributing to new RPO business development.
The RPO Team Lead will serve as a connector across the organization, collaborating closely with recruiting, leadership, and marketing to ensure alignment between delivery, growth strategy, and brand presence. Through strong execution and relationship building, this individual will help establish Evergreen as a trusted RPO partner and elevate the overall maturity of the service.

Responsibilities
- RPO Leadership and Team Development: Lead, mentor, and scale a team of recruiters supporting Evergreen's RPO clients while setting clear performance expectations, driving accountability, and building a collaborative, high-energy remote team culture across Evergreen and Park Capital Search.
- RPO Program Development and Operations: Define, document, and continuously improve standard operating procedures for Evergreen’s RPO services while remaining willing to support recruiting delivery and operational execution as the business grows.
- Client Partnership and Reporting: Own senior-level client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor through clear communication, elevated reporting, and actionable insights that demonstrate value and strengthen long-term partnerships. Identify and act on opportunities to expand scope and deepen engagement within existing accounts.
- Business Development and Revenue Growth: Own and drive a personal business development pipeline as a core function of this role. Actively prospect, engage, and close new RPO client relationships while expanding existing accounts through consultative selling and demonstrated delivery value. Collaborate with leadership and marketing on go-to-market strategy, RFP responses, and broader growth initiatives. This is a revenue-generating role first.
- Networking and Market Presence: Represent Evergreen through consistent in-person networking and relationship building, including industry events, conferences, and client meetings, to drive awareness, credibility, and new business opportunities beyond digital outreach.
Qualifications
- Proven sales background with a demonstrated ability to sell complex, relationship-driven services and build a personal book of business
- Strong understanding of Recruitment Process Outsourcing and consultative talent solutions
- 5+ years of experience as a recruiter, recruiting leader, account manager, or sales and recruiting hybrid with measurable BD or revenue results
- Demonstrated experience leading and developing recruiters while managing senior client relationships
- Comfort operating as a player-coach who can lead while remaining hands-on when needed
- Highly extroverted and relationship-driven with confidence engaging new prospects and senior stakeholders
- Experience working in startup or high-growth environments that require adaptability, grit, and ownership
- Willingness to support operational initiatives, process development, and execution beyond core responsibilities
- Strong collaborator who thrives in a remote, team-oriented environment
- Experience selling high-ticket services or solutions, ideally within technology or professional services
- Experience partnering closely with marketing on go-to-market and growth initiatives
- Familiarity with ATS or recruitment technology platforms.
