Senior RPA Developer (Contract)

Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid – 3 days remote / 2 days onsite Thurs & Fri)

Overview

We are seeking a Senior RPA Developer to support a large-scale automation initiative focused on transforming complex data into structured, actionable insights. This role is ideal for someone with deep experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA), especially Blue Prism, and a strong background working with both structured and unstructured data.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain RPA solutions
• Build automation workflows using Blue Prism and Microsoft Power Automate
• Develop solutions for document ingestion and processing (including large PDFs)
• Transform structured and unstructured data into usable formats
• Integrate automation solutions with APIs, databases, and web services
• Provide support and troubleshooting within an Azure environment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile setting
• Continuously improve and optimize automation processes

Required Skills & Experience

• 8+ years of RPA development experience
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Blue Prism (attended and unattended bots)
• Experience integrating RPA with APIs and databases (REST, SQL)
• Experience working with structured and unstructured data
• Experience developing reports, analytics, or document-based solutions

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft Azure (infrastructure and troubleshooting)
• Experience with Power Automate (Desktop & Cloud Flows)
• Proficiency in Java
• Experience with Power BI and SQL
• Experience with Azure AI / Cognitive Search

Preferred Certifications

• Blue Prism Certification
• Microsoft Power Platform Developer Certification
