About this role:

Quincy Medical Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our OBGYN clinic. This is a clinical, outpatient position focused on supporting patients through routine and specialized obstetric and gynecologic care.

In this role, you will work closely with providers to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, assist with clinical workflows, and support patients throughout various stages of women’s health. This is a great opportunity for a nurse who enjoys building relationships, staying organized, and working in a collaborative clinic setting.

The RN/LPN supports daily clinic operations by rooming patients, obtaining vital signs, and documenting medical histories accurately within the electronic medical record. You will assist providers with clinical workflows, coordinate patient care, manage phone triage and patient communications, and support follow-up care including test results, referrals, and medication management.

This role includes educating patients on care plans, procedures, and general women’s health topics while ensuring a supportive and respectful patient experience. Maintaining accurate documentation, supporting efficient patient flow, and collaborating closely with providers and team members are essential to success in this role.

• RN: Active Illinois Registered Nurse license required• LPN: Active Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse license required• CPR certification required (available upon hire)• Previous clinical or outpatient experience preferred• Strong communication and patient education skills• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced clinic environment• Compassionate, professional approach to patient care
