RN/LPN - FT Nights

LPN or RN – working PRN

• Salary: $30-$42 per hour (Depending on LPN/RN License and Tenure)
• Schedule: Nights: 6:00p to 6:00a Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday
• Location: Acacia Health Center - Skilled Nursing

What you'll do:

The nurse is responsible for the accurate and timely administration of medications, treatments (such as dressings, catherization, oxygen), documentation and emergency calls as indicated. You will provide accurate and thorough completion of skilled charting, change of condition, monthly charting, evaluations, and all other regulatory documentation as assigned. Assists in admission and discharge procedures. Communicate with physician and family to make aware of change in resident’s condition.

Who You Are:

• Current RN or LPN license in Arizona
• Valid CPR certification with BLS, First Aid and training in AED procedures
• 6 months nursing experience in a long-term care setting preferred
• Strong customer service skills with a hospitable attitude
• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively, and document care
• Physical fitness, capable of meeting the demands of the job, including lifting up to 40 pounds and pushing/pulling up to 125 pounds
• Patient and compassionate, especially when caring for individuals who are sick, injured, elderly, or from diverse backgrounds
• Comfortable receiving the flu vaccine during flu season
