RN- Cardiac Rehabilitation Fitness located at Providence St Joseph Medical Center in Burbank, CA. The position will work 8-hour Per Diem Day shifts (minimum once per week)

The  Cardiac Rehabilitation Nurse provides patient care through continuous cardiac monitoring, vital sign assessment, leading supervised exercise classes, and observing patient activity to ensure safety and protocol adherence. Additional responsibilities include scheduling new patient evaluations and conducting routine phone check‑ins with enrolled patients to support engagement and clinical follow‑up. This as‑needed position supports the cardiac rehab team by assisting during periods of high patient volume and providing coverage for extended or variable staff hours.

Required Qualifications: 

  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Upon hire: California Registered Nurse License 
  • Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association 
  • Upon hire: National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association 
  • 1 year Nursing experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Upon hire: National Certification in area of specialty is preferred, unless otherwise indicated
