�WHAT AWAITS YOU:

“ISMIRA” agency team will meet and greet you at the appointed hotel conference room to check your documents and provide useful instructions. Then you will participate in the company presentation followed by tet-a-tet job interviews.

All successful candidates will receive their job offers to start preparation process and embark the assigned vessel with 2026 season starts!

In case you do not succeed, do not get upset - we will be looking for alternative options for you.

Requirements:

• Experienced within the hotel industry and/ or previous cruise ship experience.
• Housekeeping and Utility roles require only hands-on experience with hospitality experience preferred.
• Flexibility, stress resistant, calm under the pressure, resilient and team player with positive approach.
• Professional attitude and appearance, reliable and hard-working with great team spirit.
• Good English skills (written & verbal), other languages as German is an advantage, and for certain nationalities knowledge of German language will be considered as requirement or hiring priority.
• Age: min. 18 years old.
• Tattoos are acceptable except facial or offensive.
• Pre-employment medical fitness certificate can be obtained from family doctor.
• No need to obtain safety certificates or Seaman's book.
• Non-EU citizens will need either work permit for Germany or to obtain D type German visa before joining.

🌍 LANGUAGE AND VISA REQUIREMENTS:

For this particular recruitment event we welcome EU citizens, Ukraine citizens, and other nationals that reside in Poland and hold long-term residence permit that allows to work in EU including Germany.

If applying outside of this event for future openings, we are authorized to process candidates from EU, European non-EU countries, and also � � � � � � � � � � � �

• EU nationals English OR German speakers can apply and join during whole season without any visas.
• Ukrainian citizens with or without residence permits in EU may apply and obtain German D visa before joining.
• Culinary positions are always open for EU and NON-EU (English OR German speakers)
• Non-EU citizens if they speak both English AND German may apply to all positions
