Job Description
This role serves as a key technical expert supporting advanced RF test development within a highly complex manufacturing and engineering environment. The individual will lead the design, development, and implementation of RF test solutions that support both product design verification and high-volume production, ensuring reliability and quality of RF electronic assemblies. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and owning RF test architecture across both hardware and software, creating test strategies based on product specifications, and leading the execution of test solution development from concept through deployment. This person will act as a primary technical point of contact, working closely with cross-functional engineering teams and global partners to support system integration, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement of testing capabilities. The role also involves mentoring engineers, contributing to long-term technology roadmap planning, and supporting the expansion of high-frequency testing capabilities in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
