Revenue Manager

A client of ours in Hilton Head is looking to hire a Revenue Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will enjoy helping with the guest experience, driving revenue strategy, and coaching a team with excellent guest services standards. This is a direct hire role and fully onsite.

Responsibilities:

• Help to lead and develop a team of vacation planners
• Drive revenue through smart booking strategies and upsell opportunities
• Work with forecasting, reporting, and performance metrics to support business goals
• Manage staffing requirements and help to interview, hire and train new employees

Qualifications:

• Experience working with full service resorts
• Ability to contribute to employee development
• Reservation Department management experience
• Strong communication skills

Benefits & Compensation:

• $65k - $70K + commission
