How you’ll make an impact in this roleServe as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the collection and analysis of multi-source data to develop complex analytical, statistical, and ad hoc management reports.
Formulate and define the scope and format of reporting tools to identify data trends and provide strategic recommendations for organizational quality improvement.
Support the maintenance of charge capture reporting and CDM workflows, ensuring all clinical department activities are accurately captured and documented.
Reconcile charges from clinical documentation, surgical logs, and nursing records to ensure the precise assignment of CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10-CM codes.
Perform rigorous audits of Electronic Health Records (EHR) to validate that all services provided are billed appropriately and supported by medical necessity documentation.
