Revenue Accounting Manager - Boston - Hybrid

A fast-growing global consulting and advisory firm is seeking a Revenue Accounting Manager to join its finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong accounting professional to lead revenue accounting operations, support a complex international business, and help scale processes in a high-growth environment.

Responsibilities:

• Own revenue recognition and accounting in accordance with ASC 606
• Review customer contracts and assess accounting implications for complex client engagements
• Lead monthly revenue close activities, reconciliations, journal entries, and reporting
• Manage deferred revenue, contract assets/liabilities, and revenue-related analyses
• Partner with FP&A, Legal, Operations, Billing, Tax, and external auditors
• Support intercompany accounting, transfer pricing processes, and multi-entity reporting
• Strengthen internal controls and drive process improvements, automation, and system enhancements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA required
• 5+ years of accounting experience, including revenue accounting 
• Strong knowledge of ASC 606, GAAP, IFRS and multi-currency operations
• Experience reviewing and interpreting customer contracts
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience
