Job Description
Join our Enterprise Architecture team to support the design, assessment, and evolution of our Product-to-Market (P2M) ecosystem in alignment with our Connected Integrated Business Planning and Supply Chain Strategy. We’re seeking an expert who brings deep experience in composable P2M & Supply Chain architecture, AI/ML-driven capabilities, and who can join an established team and deliver immediate value.
Retail Product-to-Market Experience
- Merchandising Planning (Line Planning, Buy Planning, Allocation, Consumer Insights)
- Visual Mapping, Space Planning, Sizing, and Packing
- Retail and Fashion/Apparel industry experience
- Assess the current P2M landscape and vendor capabilities to identify gaps, redundancies, and modernization opportunities (Line Plan, Buy Plan, Visual Mapping & Space Planning, Size & Pack, Allocation, etc.)
- Develop architecture blueprints and capability roadmaps to align P2M investments with business outcomes
- Provide guidance on composable patterns, API-first integrations, and data flow design across marketing platforms
- Advise on Agentic AI-powered P2M use cases (predictive segmentation, next-best-action, personalization, content automation)
- Partner with P2M, Engineering, and Data teams to evaluate vendors, define integration patterns, and support platform decisions
- Contribute to architecture reviews and governance for P2M investments and platform consolidations
- Produce clear documentation: architecture diagrams, decision frameworks, recommendations — all aligned to team standards
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years’ experience in P2M and Supply Chain architecture
- Hands-on expertise in Integrated Planning (Line Plan, Buy Plan, Visual Mapping, Space Planning, Size & Pack, Allocation)
- Strong knowledge of cloud-native, API-first, and event-driven integration patterns
- Experience applying AI/ML to marketing (personalization, propensity modeling, audience intelligence)
- Retail, CPG, or DTC brand experience strongly preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Agentic AI or LLM applications in P2M automation or employee engagement
- Exposure to composable P2M and MACH architecture principles
Core Competencies:
- Ability to integrate quickly into established teams and contribute without significant ramp-up
- Strong communication skills; adept at translating complex P2M concepts into business value for executive audiences
- Comfortable in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with multiple stakeholders
- Collaborative team player who operates within established processes and governance frameworks
