Leadership & Business Management

  • Lead, motivate, and inspire a team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Train and develop staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies
  • Supervise store staff and handle employment-related matters professionally.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase profitability.
  • Oversee daily store operations, Inventory management, Visual Merchandising, Payroll Budget, Weekly and Monthly sales goals, cleanliness, and overall store organization.
  • Ensure proper scheduling coverage for periods such as holidays, weekends, and promotional events.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety protocols from day one.
  • Maintain adherence to mall standards and regulations by both store and staff.
  • Enforce applicable workplace regulations and legal requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date training and refresher programs to support compliance and operational excellence.

 

Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of retail management experience, preferably within the fashion retail industry.
  • Full-time, in-person availability six (6) days per week, with flexibility.
  • Demonstrated strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, and motivate a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to effectively engage customers, team and corporate partners.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets, driving profitability, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, especially during peak seasons.
  • Genuine passion for fashion, with strong trend awareness and product knowledge.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and solutions-oriented, consistently modeling professionalism and accountability
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and POS systems.
