Job Description
Company Description
Precision, a leader in the luxury watch industry, is seeking an experienced, high-standard Sales Manager & Training Leader to elevate our sales team and strengthen our client experience culture. This role is ideal for a proven sales leader who can coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable—while also building and executing a structured training pathway that improves performance, consistency, and professionalism across the showroom.
We are hiring for our state-of-the-art retail and watch service center in Lower Gwynedd, PA. Our modern environment creates an exceptional stage for luxury selling, clienteling, and leadership excellence. If you thrive in a performance-driven setting and love developing people, this is an outstanding opportunity to grow with a dynamic, expanding company.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Team Performance
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store performance goals while upholding Precision’s client experience standards.
- Set clear expectations for daily execution: appointments, follow-up, CRM activity, pipeline development, and in-showroom behaviors.
- Conduct regular 1:1 coaching, performance feedback, and skills development sessions with sales professionals and support staff.
- Monitor key metrics and behaviors (conversion, appointments, follow-up, CRM notes, client retention, average sale, etc.) and implement improvement plans when needed.
- Support leadership with onboarding standards, role readiness assessments, and ongoing training reinforcement.
- Maintain a strong presence on the floor—leading by example in hospitality, professionalism, and luxury sales execution.
Training Program Development & Delivery
- Build and implement a structured training pathway for new hires and tenured staff, including readiness milestones and consistent standards.
- Develop training materials (checklists, scripts, product learning guides, roleplay frameworks, and customer experience standards).
- Facilitate ongoing training sessions and workshops on key selling skills: needs discovery, storytelling, objection handling, trade-in conversations, follow-up, and closing.
- Establish standards for clienteling excellence and ensure consistent CRM usage and documentation quality across the team.
- Collaborate with brand partners and internal leadership to align training with luxury brand expectations and boutique standards.
Client Experience & Operational Excellence
- Ensure every client interaction reflects Precision’s service promise—warm, attentive, elevated, and professional.
- Reinforce adherence to store processes, brand guidelines, and showroom presentation standards.
- Partner with operations and service teams to ensure smooth handoffs, clear communication, and client satisfaction from start to finish.
Your Profile
- Proven experience leading a sales team with a strong record of achieving and exceeding goals.
- Strong coaching skills: you enjoy developing talent, improving habits, and driving consistent performance.
- Ability to design and implement structured training systems—not just “training on the fly.”
- High emotional intelligence with strong communication, professionalism, and presence.
- A disciplined, process-driven mindset with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Strong knowledge of relationship-based selling, clienteling, and luxury hospitality standards.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and tracking performance metrics; able to coach others to do the same.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Experience Required
- Minimum of 5+ years in high-end or luxury sales (watches, jewelry, fashion, automotive, hospitality, or comparable).
- 2+ years in sales leadership, training, or team management (formal or informal).
- Demonstrated success coaching teams and improving performance through structure, accountability, and standards.
At Precision, you will be part of a collaborative, high-performance team in an upscale environment where leadership matters, standards are high, and client experience is the priority. If you’re ready to build a winning culture and develop a best-in-class training pathway, we want to meet you.
