The expected pay range for a Retail Sales Manager in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii is $60,200 to $72,200 per year plus bonus.

HPM Building Supply in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii, is seeking to hire a Retail Sales Manager. The Retail Sales Manager oversees the Retail teams to expertly serve customers and maintain high operating standards in a fast-paced building material supply store. The Retail Sales Manager continuously assesses current staffing, stock, retail and marketing effectiveness to ensure a top of class customer experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous customer service experience in a retail environment is required
• Previous supervisory experience preferred, but not necessary
• Intermediate computer skills
• Ability to lift 25 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Forklift certification, or ability to be forklift certified is required for our Kona location
