Our client, a leader in the beverage distribution industry, is seeking a dedicated Retail Merchandiser to join their team. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be an essential part of the sales support team, ensuring that retail accounts are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, excellent time management, and outstanding customer service skills, aligning seamlessly with the company's commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Location: Elizabeth City, NC

Pay Range: $17.50

What's the Job?

• Safely stock and maintain beverage products in customer accounts to ensure product availability and presentation standards are met.
• Assist sales and delivery teams by servicing retail accounts professionally and efficiently.
• Ensure beverage sections, racks, and displays are fully stocked, clean, and organized according to company standards.
• Maintain neat and current point-of-sale materials and displays to attract customer attention.
• Support merchandising operations through consistent presence in customer locations during designated hours to promote customer satisfaction.

What's Needed?

• Professional appearance and excellent customer service skills.
• Strong time management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, reaching, and standing for extended periods.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality to support ongoing merchandising activities.
• Capability to handle physical demands such as lifting cases up to 46 pounds and exerting force over 20 pounds regularly.
