Position Available: Retail Industry Advisor/Lead
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)
Salary: $200,000 – $250,000 + Bonus & Benefits
Experience needed: Senior business consulting professional with strong experience delivering retail transformation programmes across strategy, operations, customer experience, and supply chain, combined with proven client-facing and business development expertise.
About the role
We’re looking for a Retail Industry Advisor to drive growth and delivery within a leading consulting practice, partnering with retail clients across the Southeast to deliver high-impact transformation initiatives.
You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to shape strategy, redesign operating models, and deliver business and technology-enabled change across areas such as store operations, digital commerce, and supply chain optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior retail executives, shaping strategy and driving measurable outcomes
- Lead end-to-end transformation programmes across store operations, ecommerce, customer experience, and supply chain
- Build and expand executive-level client relationships across the region
- Drive new business opportunities, supporting pipeline growth and go-to-market strategy
- Develop compelling proposals and value propositions to win new work
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver business + technology transformation
- Mentor and lead consulting teams, contributing to practice growth
What we need from you
- Strong background in business consulting / advisory (essential)
- Deep experience within retail or consumer industries
- Proven track record delivering transformation and strategy engagements
- Experience in client ownership, stakeholder management, and business development
- Ability to operate across strategy through to execution
- Commercially minded, with a passion for solving complex business challenges
- Willingness to travel regionally and occasionally nationally
