JOB DESCRIPTION
The Senior Solutions Engineer (SE) is a key member of the international technology team, serving as a strategic technical advisor and solutions architect for global business partners. This role focuses on web-native development, cloud architecture, and enterprise observability across both digital platforms and in-store technologies. The SE is responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end observability solutions that provide visibility into system performance, reliability, and operational health across above-store systems (e.g., CRM, eCommerce, cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP) and in-store restaurant technologies (e.g., POS and related systems). A successful SE is a collaborative, culturally competent relationship-builder with strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and deep technical acumen. This individual operates with core values such as accountability, transparency, and a passion for learning and sharing knowledge. The SE partners closely with product, engineering, and delivery teams to support initiatives such as new market entries, platform launches, operational modernization, and long-term system scalability and reliability.
