Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Manager based in Stephenville, TX. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, manage staff and training, and enforce food safety and quality standards. Duties include supervising customer service, coordinating with kitchen staff to maintain seamless operations, managing inventory, and addressing any operational challenges to create a positive dining experience.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills
• Proficient in team leadership, staff hiring, and training processes
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
• Experience in food and beverage management, ensuring quality and compliance
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role is preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality certifications are a plus
