Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant Manager based in St. Louis, MO. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and a memorable dining experience for all guests. Responsibilities include team supervision, staff hiring and training, maintaining food and beverage standards, and managing customer satisfaction. The role requires ensuring operational efficiency and upholding the restaurant's high standards in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction to ensure exceptional guest experiences and address feedback or concerns effectively.
  • Experience in Hiring and team management, including recruiting, training, and mentoring staff to maintain a cohesive and professional team.
  • Proficient Communication skills to effectively interact with staff, guests, and vendors while promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including maintaining quality and compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Ability to work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment and solve problems proactively.
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality management role preferred.
  • Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is a plus.
