Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Restaurant Manager at our new location in Washington, DC. The Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, manage a motivated team, and uphold food and beverage standards. Responsibilities include training and hiring staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining compliance with health and safety regulations while supporting the restaurant’s overall success.

  • Strong leadership skills in hiring and staff management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven track record in ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering quality customer service
  • Experience in food and beverage operations
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of restaurant health and safety regulations
  • Previous restaurant management experience preferred


SALARY - $70K - 90K + Annual & Quarterly Bonus
