What You’ll Do


Lead & Develop a Winning Team

  • Recruit, hire, and develop a team of 20–40 Team Members and leaders
  • Create a positive, high-energy culture focused on teamwork, accountability, and growth
  • Train, coach, and mentor your team to deliver best-in-class service and operational excellence
  • Recognize and celebrate success while addressing performance opportunities with clarity and care


Own the Business

  • Take full responsibility for restaurant performance, including profitability and KPIs
  • Analyze performance, identify opportunities, and implement action plans that drive results
  • Manage scheduling, inventory, and budgets while maintaining strong financial discipline
  • Stay ahead by planning proactively and operating with a forward-thinking mindset


Deliver Operational Excellence

  • Ensure your restaurant consistently meets company's high brand and food safety standards
  • Lead the rollout of new products, processes, and initiatives with confidence
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and “like new” restaurant environment
  • Partner cross-functionally with support teams to continuously improve operations


Be a Culture Champion

  • Lead with a servant leadership mindset, putting your team and guests first

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of restaurant management experience (QSR or high-volume concept preferred)
  • Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and develop future leaders
  • Strong business acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L statements
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of food safety, labor laws, and operational best practices
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and restaurant systems

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform typical restaurant duties (bending, reaching, etc.)
