We are seeking a(an) Respiratory Therapist RRT Ped NICU PRN for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. Job Summary and QualificationsIt is the responsibility of the staff respiratory therapist to demonstrate proficiency
in all modalities of Respiratory Care with additional competency in NICU and
Pediatric patient care. The Respiratory Therapist will be responsible for execution of assignments. All care will be in compliance with hospital and respiratory policies. May work with Respiratory Students in the clinical cares setting.
Your role will include:
Graduated from an accredited school for Respiratory Care, recognized by the NBRC.
One year experience in Respiratory Care and with documented training completed in NICU and/or Pediatrics required
CRT,RRT by NBRC upon hire.
Licensed by the Texas Medical Board as a Respiratory Care Practitioner.
Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS provider required
PALS required within 30days of hire
NRP required within 90 days of hire
ACLS preferred (requirements are facility-based)
