Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) – Nights – Massachusetts
Assignment Length: 13 weeks
Location: Boston, MA (Adult Respiratory Unit – Large Hospital Facility)
Shift: 3 x 12-hour night shifts (18:15 – 06:45)
Pay Rate: $55-60/hour
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join the Adult Respiratory team in Massachusetts. This is a 13-week assignment working night shifts, providing critical respiratory care to adult patients. Candidates with Hamilton ventilator experience are highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
Provide respiratory care and support to adult patients, including ventilator management.
Work closely with ICU, step-down, and acute care teams.
Perform respiratory assessments, airway management, and treatments per protocol.
Document care accurately in the EMR.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements:
Current RRT license in MA (mandatory)
Hamilton ventilator experience preferred
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in respiratory therapy (preferred)
BLS required; ACLS preferred
Must be able to work night shifts
