Compensation & Incentives
Base pay $30/hr - $34/hr per hour, with flexibility based on experience
Additional earning potential of up to $7,000 annually, depending on location

Daily Responsibilities
Deliver and manage respiratory equipment in community settings while educating patients and families on safe, effective use of CPAP, oxygen, and ventilator systems.
Combine clinical assessment, organization, and compassionate teaching to improve patient outcomes.
Qualifications
Active, unrestricted state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse (RN) required
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
