Residential Services Associate (RSA) 

• Hourly Wage:  $15.00/hr + benefits 
• Start Date:  ASAP, we have a new employee orientation class starting soon
• Schedule:   Full-time
• Shift: 12:30pm - 9:00pm with every other weekend (Sat & Sun) rotations

Bourbonnais Terrace is a Specialized Mental Health and Rehab Facility (SMHRF), providing care to the non-aggressive (adult) mentally ill/behavior health population.  Located in a quiet suburban neighborhood with a leadership team that has been here for many years.  What makes us unique:

What you will do in this role: The Residential Services Associate (RSA) is responsible for group and individual psychosocial rehabilitation and case management services to adults within a long term care/nursing home setting.  The RSA will participate with the interdisciplinary team to develop, implement and evaluate effective therapeutic services via facility programming.

Residential Services Associate (RSA):  officially we title this job a Residential Services Associate, but in other centers it may be called a PRSA, Mental or Behavioral Health Aide, Social Services Aide, Psychiatric Aide. 

What we need from you:

• Ideally - prior experience as a PRSA or RSA in healthcare center preferred
• High School diploma or GED equivalent required
• CNA with a minimum of 1 year of experience preferred
• Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) is helpful
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment physical and criminal history background check

This center is managed by TRANSITIONAL CARE MANAGEMENT.  We currently provide comprehensive management services to several inpatient healthcare centers throughout Northern IL & the Chicagoland area. These settings include Long-term Care Skilled Nursing (SNFs), Short-term Care Rehabilitation, Intermediate Care (ICFs), and Behavioral Health Service (SMHRFs) centers.
